空壓機的停用(yong)在各個單位都(dōu)常有發生。那麼(me)在初次開機前(qian)空壓機停放時(shí)間超過三個月(yuè)或空壓機停用(yòng)時間超過三個(gè)月，再🏃次開機前(qián)需要采取有效(xiào)措施，bi須先請專(zhuān)業空壓機人員(yuán)對機器進行保(bǎo)養檢測，制定安(an)全措施，避免開(kāi)機後發生不良(liang)狀況。

1、先檢查電(diàn)路狀态，是否正(zheng)常供電，電壓是(shì)否穩定；測量🐪電(diàn)動機絕緣電阻(zǔ)，數值大于1MΩ。

2、檢查(cha)空壓機配件上(shang)是否含有積水(shui)，灰塵，及時清理(li)。

5. Replace three filters and lubricants. Because in the case of long-term non-use, three filters may cause oil aging phenomenon, which causes the air compressor start-up time is not long, that is, cementing carbon deposit or blockage, oil circuit is not smooth, so that air compressor main engine or other parts are damaged.



6、專業人員試機(jī)，電路改造後人(rén)工控制加載卸(xiè)載，先空⚽載運行(hang)🌈10分鐘以上，檢測(ce)各項指标和震(zhen)動、噪音等正常(cháng)，再進💜行加載，查(cha)看各部件運行(háng)正常即可。
